The partially covered back deck is spacious and relaxing, perfect for sunbathing, barbecuing, entertaining or catching the ocean breeze. The fully covered front porch is great for evening chats while taking in the gorgeous Ocean City sunset. Sleeping arrangements include 2 sets of twin bunk beds, 2 queen beds and additional twin bed. The living room couch pulls out to a double bed to sleep a total of 11. Amenities and conveniences include: washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, blender, Keurig, crock pot, all kitchenware and utensils, 6 beach tags, beach chairs, standard Xfinity cable, HiSpeed Wifi. Outdoor shower and storage under the back stairs for bikes and beach chairs. Two parking spots (one to the left of the garage on 24th street and one in the alley by the back stairs). Sheets and towels not provided and are the responsibility of the tenant. Ramp access at the 24th street entrance to the beach.
