This lovely 2nd floor condo with several lovely ocean views from the front deck and the observation tower allows renters gorgeous pictures of sunrises and sunsets. 5130 Central Ave. was completely refurbished in 2009 and the owner has continued to make upgrades every year to keep the unit current and attractive.This rental offers many more amenities per week than most units within the same price range so for families who want their rental unit to provide the bulky items tenants have historically had to pack, then this is the unit for them. The many amenities include, but are not limited to: 5 wall flat screen TV s with DVR s, Comcast Wifi, Premium and Sports channels on larger family room TV,6 Beach tags, Linens: two sets for each bedroom, several sets of bath towels for each Bathroom,6 Beach towels, 6 Beach chairs, two coffee makers: one Keurig and one Kitchen Aid. In addition to the family sized refrigerator there is also a smaller separate unit for extra beverages freeing up space in the family fridge. A commercial sized LG Washer and Dryer was added in 2013 to handle the linens, towels and large loads of clothes. If renters do not wish to use the linens and towels provided they are welcome to bring their own. However, If items provided are used the owner asks that you kindly, wash,dry,fold and return the clean lines/towels to the appropriate closet and /or drawer. The owner has loyal tenants who return each season because of this arrangement and it has been working well since 2009. Tenants have commented they appreciate packing less for their summer vacation.
